I’ll start today with a little FYI on the situation with some of our cigar brands. Due to restrictions placed on travel and passenger planes, which most cigars are transported on, it is just about impossible to export cigars out of Central America. Please be assured once restrictions are lifted we have plenty of stock ready to be sent straight to us. Due to this disturbance in the supply chain we currently have limited stocks of Conquistador, Chinchalero, La Rica & Gurkha. Please bare with us and we’ll be on top of it ASAP. Check back for regular updates……..

We now have a date that some sort of normality can resume. 15th June sees Government guidelines for small businesses eased, thus OUR trade can get up and running. All be it under some restrictions and with social distancing in place.
As I’m sure you have, I have become used to using a hand sanitiser and people wearing a face mask or covering (all available from Barkers of course!! ) when visiting the local supermarket for supplies. One other thing I have noticed on these trips is how busy it has become in a matter of days, it feels like normality has resumed…with a mask!
This gives me confidence that the high street will see a return of the (masked) footfall. This all just in time for June 21st FATHERS DAY! Now’s the time to get that window dressed and the fancy goods for dad in!!
