I am an existing member, how do I gain access to the online shop?
If you are an existing customer of ours please call our office on 01423 709559 or email email@example.com. We will then email you a link to give you full access to our online shop.
The prices on your website are more than I normally pay.
The online shop only shows our catalogue prices. When you place your order, our office will turn the order into an invoice which will reflect any promotional pricing or bulk purchase arrangements.
Do you sell to the general public?
No, we are a trade to trade business.
I am a new customer, how do I set up an account with you?
If you would like to become a customer and view our online shop please contact our office with your business details on 01423 709559 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist. You can also visit our 'new customer' page to download our new customer form. We can give you temporary access to our online shop whilst we are setting you up as a new customer.
If I place an order when will I expect to receive it?
We aim for next working day delivery on all orders however we cannot guarantee this. For your best chance of receiving next day delivery we advise on placing your order before midday.
What are your delivery charges?
Our delivery charges vary depending on the products ordered. If you order non-tobacco products you will receive free delivery on orders over £150. If you solely order cigarettes, you need to order a minimum of 10 outers to qualify for free delivery. Our online shop is not quite able to calculate this which is why it is set at £150, however when we receive your order in the office depending on your order your delivery charge will be deducted or added.
I cannot find the product I am looking for.
If you are unable to find the product you are looking for via our search bar or in categories then please get in touch with us and we can advise if the product is still available in the UK market and if so whether or not we are able to supply.
